How to Order
Account customers can now place orders for products on our site.
To order from our online ordering system you must first register your account number / customer reference and select your own password. This will enable you to log in thereafter. Note that your account number / customer reference can be found on back of your trade card.
Once you are logged in, prices shown include your trade discount and VAT.
You can then simply select the products you want by using the drop-down list above right or by typing a keyword into the search box.
If you are not sure of the spelling of a product, you can just type part of the name. For example, typing 'budd' will find all buddlejas.
When you have found the products you want, simply add the quantity you require to your shopping basket. On the View basket page your settlement discount is shown at the bottom of the page. When you are happy with your order you can select the Place order link above right to complete.
All of the orders are then fulfilled offline with our staff manually picking the best quality products from the nursery. As a trade account customer, you will be invoiced in the normal way.
Saving and retrieving orders
If you want to save the contents of your basket, you can do so by clicking on the Save basket link at the top of the page. You can give your order a name and then retrieve it by clicking on the Retrieve saved orders link at the top.
You can save as many orders as you wish and they will be kept on our system for 100 days from the date of saving.
On the Retrieve saved orders page, you can also print out the contents of your saved order.

Still want to order offline?
 If you prefer to order offline, you can download a copy of our latest stock list which is uploaded to the site on a daily basis.
You can then order products by mail order, on the phone or at the nursery itself.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the stocklist. If you do not have it, you can download it by clicking here.
Delivery
Wyevale East Nurseries will deliver to all UK addresses. If you are in the South-East region, you can calculate the delivery price at the time of placing your order by selecting your postcode on the View Basket or Checkout pages. There is no minimum order if you are collecting.
Note that you should allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed.
