What do we do?
We supply the trade with top quality plants and trees including herbaceous, topiary, root ball, aquatics, bare root and specimen trees.

What's in a name?
Wyevale Nurseries, the grower based in Hereford is our parent company and supplies a large number of the plants we sell; however, we do not have any connection whatsoever to Wyevale Garden Centres.
Who do we supply?
We supply garden designers, landscapers, landscape architects, local councils and property developers.
Do you give discount for trade?
Yes we do. Please contact the sales team for full details.
How do I register for trade discounts?
Simply complete the trade card application and return with proof of your trade status such as a business card or headed paper. Alternatively pop in and fill in the form at the site.
Can I order my plants online?
Yes! We have an online ordering system.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online, or by phone, fax or email. Of course, the recommended way would be to come in and purchase from the selection on site.
Is the stock list available online?
Yes, stock is updated on a daily basis and we aim for 90% accuracy. Prices quoted are retail, as are the prices of the stock on site.
How long does it take for an online order to be processed ready for collection or delivery?
A minimum of 3 working days should be allowed; however it would usually take 5 -10 working days depending on size, complexity and availability. We can give a more accurate estimate of how long once we see the order.
Can I obtain plants sooner than this?
Of course, Wyevale East is preliminary a cash and carry outlet. We have a vast stock on site both in range and diversity and if you come down yourself you can select your plants, pay and go at a time that suits you.
Will you reserve plants for me?
We can reserve plants for up to 3 weeks. Please fill in a tag form with your name and date and we will arrange to keep the plants for you.
Who will deal with my plant requirements?
We have fourteen well trained staff with a dedicated sales team of four always on hand to take your plant orders and offer friendly advice.
What about deliveries?
We can deliver any size order. Delivery prices will depend on delivery address. Please contact us if you need a quote for your area.
Do you stock any unusual plants?
Our plants are quite diverse but we will endeavour to source any specific new and interesting varieties that you may require.
Can I hire plants from you?
Certain stock lines are available for hire at 15% of the retail price. Damages will have to be paid for.
Do we accept HTA or Wyevale Garden Centre vouchers?
No, we are a wholesale trade outlet only, and have no connection to Wyevale Garden Centres.
Who supplies us?
Most of our stock comes from British sources; however we also purchase plants from top nurseries around Europe.
Are our plants guaranteed and what is the returns policy?
The plants are sold in good condition; we therefore do not normally give guarantees or accept returns. However we will always look at each situation individually.
Can I buy anything else on site for my landscaping projects?
Yes, Wyevale East Nurseries work closely with three other businesses on site; Landscape Stone, which has a large stock of natural paving, walling, cobbles, feature stones and decorative aggregates. East Horticulture, which produces and supplies quality topsoils and composts, supply bark, sleepers, turf and grass seed and has a cash and carry sundries shop selling tools, fertilizers, chemicals etc. Also, Fabricten, which supplies and fits fabric tensile structures for shading purposes. What are your opening times?
Our opening hours are 8am till 5pm Mon-Fri, then 8am-12noon Saturdays. We are not open on Bank Holidays. |
