Trade discounts are available to our registered customers. To register for trade discounts, simply complete the trade card application and return with proof of your trade status such as a business card or headed paper. Alternatively pop in and fill in the form at the site.

Once you have received your trade card, you can place orders online using our simple online ordering system. Your trade card has a customer code which is unique to you. This code can be used to place orders online.

It can take a minimum of 3 working days to process your order. However it would usually take 5 -10 working days depending on size, complexity, availability and time of year. We can give a more accurate estimate of how long once we see the order.

Wyevale East Nurseries are capable of delivering orders of any size to you or direct to your job. Â Delivery prices are quoted by postcode. Please contact us for prices.

Wyevale East have a large lorry and transit van which are suitable for most deliveries. For larger orders / trees can be delivered using a hi-ab or moffat type lorry.

Most of our stock comes from British sources; however we also purchase plants from top nurseries around Europe.

We are constantly looking for new and improved varieties of plants. We keep up to date with new plant introductions by regularly visiting plant fairs and growers.

Our parent company, Wyevale Nurseries is one of the UK's most renowned growers and supplies a large number of the plants that we stock.

Wyevale East Nurseries does not have a returns policy on our plants. We do not offer guarantees or accept returns. If there is any damage to or you are unhappy with a plant on collection or delivery please inform us straight away and we will look at each case individually.

We also hire certain stock lines for special occasions at 20% of the retail price. Plants for rental purposes must be selected from our stock. We will not order plants in specifically for hire purposes. Please note - All damages must be paid for in full. There is no 7% settlement discount on rented plants.
